The Monterey General Store now offers an eBay auction listing service.  Here is how it works:

You bring your items into the store during drop off times.  At this time drop off hours are from 8:00-11:00 am on Thursdays. We can make special appointments to meet at another time if those hours will not work for you. 

We discuss with you pricing recommendations and listing strategies.  You give us as much detailed information regarding your items as possible.

Once pricing has been agreed to then we provide the following:

• Compelling descriptions
• Professional Digital Photography and editing
• Responding to all inquiries and questions for all items
• Electronic Invoicing to buyers
• Payment processing including Credit Card Payments
• Professional Packing of items
• USPS Insured shipping and tracking

After the item has been paid for and customer satisfaction assured we then issue you a check.

Our commission structure is 25% of the final selling price.  We pay all Ebay listing and final value fees as well as PayPal fees.

What sells?  Just about anything!  Antiques, collections, coins, musical instruments, pottery and glass, hobbies.  Everything vintage!  Especially quality costume jewelry, toys and dolls (Barbie, ken, Shirley Temple, etc).  Time to go through your attic and find your potential treasure now.
